Spring Into Fitness with a Healthy Style and Attitude

Spring is just around the corner, and its back to the yoga mat.  Just in time for the the hottest deal on the hottest yoga fashion apparel.

There is so much stress in our day to day lives that we need an outlet.  Our family, jobs, school and often traffic, to and from other places can take its toll on our mental and physical health.

I don’t know about you, but I am drained, both mentally and physically.   My mind gets so tired, all I want to do is lie down and take a nap.

The best remedy for me is just the opposite.  MOVE!  Get up and move! I can’t afford to sit around and waste my life and my health.

For as long as I can remember I was always active as a child.  Playing sports and running, roller skating and riding my bicycle around the neighborhood.   Suddenly, I grew up. 

But growing up doesn’t mean you have to put away the toys.  I kept running, jogging, roller skating, hiking and biking.  It was my release then and still is my personal escape.

So, my therapy is to exercise; every chance I get.  There are so many yoga, health and fitness centers, karate, Taekwondo, Kung-fu schools and health clubs that can help get you moving.

I know what you’re saying, right now; “I don’t have time”, “I need motivation”, “It’s too expensive”.  Maybe you don’t have time, or not motivated enough or you cannot afford it.

 

Just keep yourself moving – it really helps to relieve all that stress.
